Kappa Sigma Network
Kappa Sigma needed one platform to run day-to-day chapter life across a national organization: digital recruitment, service-hour tracking, event management, chapter reporting, and an alumni career network.
The system runs as a web application plus native iOS and Android clients — SwiftUI and Kotlin — on one shared backend, with role-based access control separating members, chapter officers, and national staff. A Salesforce sync keeps the organization's existing records in step, and a full CI/CD pipeline ships updates across all three clients.
At the scale of 200+ chapters, the unglamorous parts matter most: permissions, reporting, and reliability were designed in from the start rather than bolted on.
